This prison strip search footage was salvaged from a forgotten basement archive. It was meant to be destroyed, but they never got around to it. It probably would have rotted there if a daring temporary employee hadn't come across it and slipped it in his bag. Footage like this isn't allowed anymore and is incredibly rare.
